Reservations Specialist

Position Summary: The Reservations Deputy Manager (DM) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day reservations operations, optimizing room inventory and revenue, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests. The role supports the Reservations Manager in driving efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor daily reservations operations across all channels (brand website, direct bookings). Coordinate closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Sales, and Marketing teams. Handle complex bookings, group reservations, and VIP requests. Monitor pick-up, forecasting, and pace reports, support demand and yield strategies. Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and audit requirements. Train, guide, and support reservations executives to deliver empathetic, guest-focused service. Resolve guest queries, escalations, and booking discrepancies promptly. Team leadership and training capability.
