Resident Engineer ( PACS / RIS / VNA )

This is an on-site role based at a customer location in Dubai, responsible for the delivery of technical services. The role involves providing hands‑on technical support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in accordance with agreed service levels. The position requires close collaboration with the customer’s technical and operational teams to ensure optimal system performance, service continuity, and compliance with contractual obligations in order to support the day‑to‑day business on AGFA HealthCare and 3rd party products to customers and internal staff.

Main responsibilities

• Escalate necessary problems to 2nd and 3rd tier support.
• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Assist internal and external customers (e.g. users, freelancers, colleagues from all business areas, HQ) on‑site and remotely on technical questions and issues.
