RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER

Work under the supervision of the appropriate QualifiedPerson (QP) to ensure structural works comply with approved drawings andspecifications, supporting the Resident Engineer and liaising with contractorsto drive quality and progress on site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Qualified Person to execute supervision duties and take full responsibility under their direction
• Liaise effectively with Main Contractors’ Engineers and Supervisors to coordinate inspections and resolve site issues
• Assist the Resident Engineer in overseeing all structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project requirements
• Monitor progress and conduct detailed structural inspections to verify adherence to contract drawings, specifications, and approved shop drawings
