Position Overview
The Residential Coordinator (RC) is a 10-month, live in professional staff member responsible for fostering an inclusive, student-centered residential community aligned with Sarah Lawrence College’s mission to support students as they navigate independence and young adulthood. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Residential Education, the RC balances community development, crisis response, residential living education and programming initiatives while providing support in upholding established community standards under the guidance of the AD of Campus Community Standards. 

Compensation
The salary for this position is $48,500 and is commensurate with experience.
