RESIDENTIAL LIFE ASSISTANT

We are currently seeking a Residential Life Assistant (RLA) to join the UniLodge Canterbury team. This role involves supporting a large load of students in one-on-one interactions and support service referral. If you are passionate about making a difference in our community, what to start a career in residential life and care about people and the kind of experiences they have, then this role is for you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be an active member of the Residential Life Team
• Connect with residents on a one-on-one basis and with a group to refer the to services
• Support the Property Managers team on student matters and general operations
• Maintain accurate database of your interactions with students
• Attend regular training to be up to date with student concerns
