Residential Property Solicitor – Aberdeen

A well-established Scottish Law Firm is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join its Aberdeen office.

The role involves managing a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters—from sales and purchases to remortgages and executry work—with the chance to assist on more complex issues such as boundary disputes and title conditions. The successful candidate will handle transactions from initial instruction to Land Register completion, liaising regularly with clients and other stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year, ideally with previous experience in residential property law.
