Residential Registered Nurse- JBCC Fixed Term

The Role

This is a part-time fixed term contract working at James Brown Care Centre in Osborne Park working 38.5 hours per fortnight. Please view the below roster.

Week 1 

Monday: 0700 - 1300

Tuesday: 1500 – 2215

Friday: 0700 - 1300

Week 2 

Monday: 0700 - 1300

Tuesday: 1500 – 2215

Friday: 0700 – 1300

Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessments
• Safely administer medication to residents
• Falls management and prevention
• Complete documentation for residents ensuring accurate care planning and relevant supporting documents 
• Supervise the delivery of care plans on a daily basis
• Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring to the care staff
