The primary purpose of this position is to function as the Air-Force Reserve Command (AFRC) principal authority and senior functional expert for Aviation Resource Management (ARM). Responsibilities Duty 1. Principal authority for Aviation Resource Management (ARM) throughout the MAJCOM. Duty 2. Advises MAJCOM A3/10 and staff on critical aviation service service matters for the Command's aircrew and missile combat crew force. Duty 3. Serves as a primary subject matter expert, analyzing package requests against regulatory guidance to formulate sound recommendations for senior leader approval. Duty 4.
