Resource Manager (Buenos Aires)

Role

We are looking for a Resource Manager to support the Sales and Delivery Practice teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, and will analyze and present report findings to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Management to:
  • Maintain a long‑term forecast for team members.
  • Manage allocation of team members and alleviate over or under‑allocation.
  • Provide solutions to mitigate staffing issues and conflicting priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Managers to:
  • Manage services team allocation to a new opportunity and facilitate handoff.
  • Set expectation on resource availability and assignment lead times.
  • Maintain the forecast work 75%+ against current staff and help to inform hiring decisions.
