Field Sales Manager (m/f/d)

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing business plans to achieve revenue and margin targets and to maximize profits in their sales region. In addition, they ensure efficient and effective day‑to‑day operations, promote clear and open communication, and support the implementation of core company values.

• Implement the company’s sales strategy into concrete operational activities to achieve targets in revenue, customer satisfaction, margin, and profit growth.
• Develop individual regional and dealer plans together with field sales representatives.
• Jointly develop strategies to achieve targets related to customers, product groups, and services.
• Coordinate closely with field sales staff regarding market development.
