Restaurant Assistant Manager

NAEUM Restaurant Group operates three concepts: NAE:UM , a 1 MICHELIN-starred restaurant serving contemporary Korean cuisine, HIDEAWAY by NAE:UM, our private dining space, GU:UM Contemporary Grill, a premium Korean steakhouse.

We are currently looking for Restaurant Assistant Managers for the outlets above.

• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with a potential for future leadership roles
• Versatile team player and trained in handling guest enquiries, feedback and service recovery
• Trained in high service quality and standards
• Experience in managing restaurant inventories (beverage, glassware, etc)
• Familiarity with Point-of-Sale and payment systems
