Our club plus members are at the heart of what we do, so exceptional customer service and driving member loyalty is our main priority. To play an essential role in delivering this we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager by taking responsibility for managing the restaurant and kitchen, ensuring the achievement of budgeted targets by consistently offering high levels of service, balanced with efficient cost control, all within company guidelines.
• Ensure the operation is always compliant with all statutory requirements, e.g. health and safety; food hygiene.

Qualifications

• Experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager.
