The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and driving overall restaurant performance. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Ensure high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when required
• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Manage cash-ups, reporting, and general administrative duties
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Drive sales and ensure profitability targets are met
