Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage daily F&B operations and reporting for our hotel. The role includes implementing and following daily checklists for bar, confectionery, and opening/closing procedures, preparing and submitting sales, inventory, and wastage reports , and coordinating with the marketing and kitchen teams for menu planning, events, and promotions.
Job Description:
- Implement and follow daily checklists for opening, bar, confectionery, and closing operations.
- Prepare and submit daily sales, F&B inventory, bar, confectionery, and coffee machine reports.
- Track and report wastage, monitor product shelf life, and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Conduct monthly meetings with Marketing to discuss menu trends, customer preferences, pricing, and event planning.
