Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and cultural leadership
- Build strong working relationships with Team Members and other Managers.
- Ensures smooth opening, closing and shift transitions, with critical communication between staff and Departmental Support Center.
- Takes a lead in ensuring a safe, secure, and sanitized work environment and customer facing areas.
- Performs and delegates general cleaning duties as established by the company.
- Assists Area Manager with training of new Team Members and consistently coaches the use of operational tools and following standard operating procedures.
- Supports initiatives by communicating new information to Team Members and supports with goal achievement.
- Safeguards company assets including cash, inventory, equipment, and proprietary information.
- Ensure the highest quality of product and service is delivered to the customer.
