Responsibilities

• Leads, organizes, and oversees the operations of several diverse stores due to location. Monitors achievement of each store profitability.
• Responsible for the overall success of the stores by setting and attaining respective goals aligned to the company's strategic plans.
• Drives people development by consistently checking on the Performance of the store team. Provides learning sessions for personal development.

Qualifications

• With at least 1 yr work experience as an Supervisor
• With sufficient knowledge and understanding of store operations optimization and success standards.
• Preferably working in the F&B Industry
• With a strategic orientation and strong business acumen.
• With excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
