Retail 3IC - Chermside

An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for a 3IC/Third in Charge to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our Chermside Store. Work with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.
