Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries, offer product information and recommendations, and process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain store appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. This may include tasks like tidying shelves, replenishing inventory, and assisting with visual merchandising displays.
• Support store operations: Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with store opening and closing procedures.
