Overview

As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, and ensuring that the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. You will assist customers with product selection, handle transactions, and help with stock management.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Help customers find the products they are looking for and provide information about product features and benefits. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
