We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Product Developer with strong apparel expertise across menswear and womenswear to join a fast-growing product and sourcing team based in Watford. You’ll take ownership from concept through to production, working on performance-led apparel collections with international suppliers and high-profile licensed brands.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving product development across multi-season apparel collections

  • Collaborating closely with design, sourcing, and operations teams

  • Managing fit, fabrics, trims, construction, and supplier communication
