About the Role
The Retail Operations Lead is responsible for the results and performance of our Focus Global stores. You will partner with the Business Team to create a highly productive and driven environment, where customers have an extraordinary experience and where employees are able to do their best, allowing the business to thrive. Serving and delighting the shoppers is of the utmost importance.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that the stores achieve financial targets through monitoring and improvement of measurable statistics that drive the business
Monitor team and individual sales targets & other metrics to provide feedback and analysis to the Sales and Business teams. This covers all the sections of your role: retail, trade and corporate
Monitors market situation, including competitors' activities and recommends strategies to maintain market dominance
