Opportunity Description
Oxford Solutions has an opening with a retail client for an IT Ticketing Systems Specialist to support loss prevention systems, service tracking, and store-level project coordination. This is a contract opportunity with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday).
This role is ideal for an early-career professional with strong Excel skills and experience working with ticketing systems, service workflows, or IT support tools.
Responsibilities:
- Track and support store installations, service requests, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Create, manage, and follow up on work orders, including researching aging or unresolved items
- Maintain accurate system data and provide regular reporting on service status and performance
