Job Overview

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while driving product sales inside retail stores. The role focuses on customer engagement, store presentation, inventory support, and achieving sales performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
• Ensure excellent customer shopping experience
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Process sales transactions and issue receipts accurately
• Assist in inventory counting and stock replenishment
