Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Arabic-speaking Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
• Convert enquiries into confirmed sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with potential clients and existing customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper sales records and customer data
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams when required

Requirements

• Arabic speaking is mandatory
• Previous sales experience required
