Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Department Manager, the Retail Services Worker will assist in the assembly and delivery or meals and food products for hospital patients, staff, and visitors. This position will maintain the Café and operate the Micros system following established cash handling procedures.
Core Job Responsibilities
+ Prepare food utilizing standardized recipes and safety guidelines in a timely manner
+ Ensure all food and/or supplies are ready for service at established times
+ Ensure that all food being held for service is within established temperature ranges recording and temps every two hours, items not in proper temp are corrected
