Food Ventures is a newly created E2E business unit, setup to ensure the delivery of PepsiCo’s Strategic expansion into Meals. This position will play a critical role in progressing the development and execution of retail-based food solutions with our largest Retail Customers across the globe. The role translates strategic retail plans into operational deployment, through deploying cross‑functional execution, and ensuring commercial readiness across priority markets. It requires excellent customer engagement, market insights integration, and robust commercial acumen to align our plans with global and regional retail expansion priorities.
