Retail Territory Manager

The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to join our Retail Field team in the West Auckland area.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products are always on shelf, building strong relationships with our Retail partners, and driving growth across your territory.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role for someone ready to make an impact and grow their career in FMCG.
What you will do
* Execute the Field Plan within your territory, ensuring product compliance, visibility, and availability across Retail stores.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers, store management, and the wider GF team.
* Drive growth through discretionary activity, non-core ranging opportunities, and promotional initiatives.
* Manage in-store ordering, returns, and reporting using Salesforce and other systems.
