Hey, future Weder! We're looking for a Retention & CRM Manager to own Weekendesk's retention engine across all markets. Based in Barcelona, reporting to the CMO. The CRM function is yours to build. Ready to leave your mark?
The Role You'll be Weekendesk's first dedicated CRM leader, accountable for repeat revenue, customer lifetime value, and the full lifecycle experience across all countries. Today the team is one person. Your job is to lead them, grow the function, and make CRM a real growth lever for the business.
KPIs You'll Own Repeat booking rate & CLTV CRM revenue contribution Automation coverage & journey maturity Engagement across channels (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp)
What You'll Do Set the strategy Define the CRM & retention vision across all markets Own the segmentation logic: new bookers, repeat, VIP, lapsed Build the measurement framework: LTV, cohorts, churn signals Own the CRM tech stack (currently Insider) and its roadmap Activate and optimize...
