Job Information And Responsibilities

• Develops and implements return to work guide, forms, template letters, policies, procedures and training for disability management and medical leaves of absence.
• Administers activities associated with sick leave and attendance management:
  • Monitors and follows up on extended absences, collaborates and liaises with employees, department and third‑party health/service providers (as required). Ensures appropriate documentation is maintained.
