Overview
The Returns Management Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end returns and claims process, ensuring timely and accurate RMA handling, coordination with stakeholders, and resolution of customer issues based on established KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end returns and claims processing (request to credit note release)
- Create and process RMAs accurately and on time
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for product returns and pickups
- Handle unauthorized returns by validating and resolving requests
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via email and calls
- Resolve issues related to claims, approvals, and returns processing
- Ensure compliance with KPIs (timeliness, accuracy, resolution)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
