What you’ll be doing:

Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Reuse, Salvage and Quality Advisor to join our team in Rocky. This permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday), focuses on driving quality, cost efficiency and continuous improvement within our Component Rebuild Centre.

In this role, you will:

• Lead reuse, salvage and quality improvement initiatives that reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and improve reliability.

• Conduct monthly CRC bay audits against CRCA and Reuse & Salvage standards.

• Complete quarterly CRCA audits and drive corrective actions to closure.

• Perform monthly scrap bin audits, identify trends and implement cost‑reduction actions.

• Ensure compliance with the Reuse & Salvage Assurance Program, including training and claim documentation.
