Kasa is a tech‑enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand and manager that builds a hospitality operating system to improve profitability while delivering a high‑quality, digitally forward experience to guests. This remote contract role in the Philippines requires overnight hours Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue and profitability across a portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties.
• Collaborate with the Lead Revenue Manager to develop and execute data‑driven strategies for pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation.
• Analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights for property partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Track yield strategies, monitor market performance, and pivot as needed to achieve positive RevPAR Index change.
