- Build and execute SRM plans, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and ensuring effective implementation.
- Lead trade promotion planning and ROI reviews, ensuring accurate data, governance, and continuous optimization.
- Shape pricing strategy, product mix targets, and trade terms architecture to maximize value and profitable growth.
