This role involves managing billing processes, payment collections, and accounts receivable while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. • Develop and implement effective strategies for billing customers and processing payments to ensure timely revenue collection.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable to minimize bad debts and improve overall cash flow.
• Supervise the billing team, providing guidance on patient account management, insurance communications, collections, and contract analysis.
• Oversee payment posting processes and ensure accurate and timely charge posting.
