Revenue Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze expected vs. actual reimbursement by integrating financial and claims data to identify trends, variances, and financial risks.
• Prepare and maintain payer parity and benchmarking analyses using internal performance data and external market information.
• Conduct monthly gross and net revenue trend analysis, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities for leadership review.
• Develop intramonth and forward-looking revenue forecasts to support accurate financial planning.
• Analyze service line and payer-specific financial performance and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Define, validate, and apply analytical assumptions and methodologies for forecasting, contract modeling, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and enhance contract and proposal models, including rate escalators, carve-outs, quality incentives, and value-based payment components.
