RevOps / Systems Administrator

Our commercial function needs a GTM tech stack that’s tidy, trustworthy, and properly integrated -  so the rest of the team can move fast without breaking things.

We’re hiring a RevOps / Systems Administrator to be the day-to-day owner of HubSpot and the surrounding GTM tools (Gong, Apollo, Lemlist, Koncert, Lusha, SimilarWeb, Crossbeam, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude MCP integrations) -  keeping data clean, workflows behaving, and systems talking to each other reliably.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the heart of the Commercial Team. You’ll work under the direction of VP RevOps and commercial leadership, but you’ll be trusted to own your queue, prioritise effectively, and ship the small fixes that compound into big leverage for the team.
