RF Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven RF Engineer specializing in Small Cell and DAS deployments. This position delivers critical RF design and project management support across small cell sales, project implementation, and maintenance, with 60% office/remote work and significant field collaboration. Occasional travel to Denver or Seattle and local project site visits are required. Candidates must have hands-on experience with small cell technologies, LTE/5G, and RF propagation tools.

Location & Schedule:

• 20% local travel, plus monthly travel to Denver or Seattle

Minimum Requirements:

• BSEE, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science required; MSEE preferred.


• 2–4 years of RF engineering experience, with proficiency in small cell architecture and deployment.
