RGM Manager

Location: Salford, GB (Hybrid)

We are currently looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to work within our energetic commercial team on a 12-month secondment.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the commercial direction by brand, channel, and customer understanding market dynamics quickly to ensure Kellanova continues to grow profitably. You will work closely with sales, market activation and category management to create customer / consumer focused commercial strategies to deliver profitable growth.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategy – Lead industry leading pricing, promotion, product pack size and investment plans to grow the Kellanova business sustainably whilst driving category sales.
