The Tom Rudd Unit has a service for treating adults with complex learning difficulties. 24 hour support is offered by a team of psychiatrists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists. This is a good area of healthcare to gain experience and help further your career. Working with our nursing agency is the first step to help start the process.
