Job Description

A Right-of-Way (ROW) Support Professional with 5 10 years of experience supports utility infrastructure projects in the energy, gas, and telecommunications sectors by securing and managing land rights required for construction and maintenance activities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Right-of-Way Acquisition: Research property ownership, negotiate with landowners, and secure easements and land rights in compliance with applicable regulations.


• Permitting & Compliance: Coordinate with regulatory agencies and environmental consultants to obtain required permits and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
