Risk & Control Manager

Position Overview

You will be part of the Zurich Singapore’s Risk Management team, reporting to the Head of Risk. This is a role for a risk management professional who is keen to work in a first-tier Global Insurer with comprehensive risk management frameworks and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Risk Management: Own and manage Zurich’s Internal Controls Integrated Framework (ICIF) across business functions. Risks and controls are owned by the 1st line teams; this role is to provide 2nd line review in line with the requirements set out within ICIF.
• System Management: Manage the data (processes, risks and controls) set up within the ICIF system (Polaris) to ensure consistency with Group’s ERM framework and requirements.
• Polaris Champion: Act as the main contact on questions related to the Polaris system and advise 1st and 2nd line users. Promote new analytics, automation, and AI in Zurich Polaris when it is rollou...
