Risk Management and Compliance Lead

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues across environmental, occupational safety, mechanical, and electrical domains.
• Develop and implement robust risk and compliance programs that mitigate risks, ensure adherence to regulations, and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
• Monitor compliance of site operations with all applicable environmental, energy, occupational safety, mechanical, and electrical standards, ensuring operations align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify hazards, assess compliance, and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate and resolve risk and compliance issues promptly, thoroughly, and in accordance with established procedures, addressing root causes to prevent recurrence.
