• Drive Internal Control & Risk Processesb> Lead the implementation of internal control and risk management across the Region, adapting to operational realities while ensuring alignment with Group frameworks, policies, and minimum control standards.
• Strategic Business Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to regional and local leadership by facilitating regular risk and control updates, tracking key deficiencies and actions, and contributing to Region Finance leadership meetings.
