RN Clinical Director

Compensation $120,000.00 per year.

Schedule: M-F 830a-430p plus admin on call rotation.

Medical or medical stipend. Dental, Vision, Benefit time, 401K.

Provides overall planning, direction, supervision, and oversight of the Hospice Program. Ensures all Nursing staff and management maintain an adequate level of competency regarding Nursing skills, Hospice and Palliative care programs and services. Assures quality care by reviewing and assessing each service and responsible for the clinical performance of nursing in all areas to facilitate effective, efficient patient care.

The Clinical Director oversees the required committees of the organization and ensures the organization remains in compliance with all licensure requirements.
