EMR: HCHB and Oasis Experience Required
Requirements/Experience: **Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Territory: Minocqua area including Lac Du Flambeau
Length of Contract: 13 weeks
