**RN Liaison - Hospice-Weekend Track - Eligible for Full-Time Medical Benefits**

THE COMMUNITY HOSPICE (Albany) The Community Hospice has a rewarding opportunity for a RN to work as a part of our Hospice Intake RN Team serving as a Liaison/admission RN/hospice RN seeing patients in local hospitals (Capital Region- primarily Albany Medical Center, St. Peter's Hospital)

**Schedule: Only Every Saturday and Sunday 7am - 7:30pm. No days during the week after training period**
