Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to assigned patients, including admission and ongoing assessments.
- Perform initial and continuous evaluations, obtaining and interpreting patient information.
- Deliver care to patients in a competent, capable, and efficient manner.
- Apply knowledge of growth and development to ensure age-appropriate care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Demonstrate understanding of required treatments and procedures for assigned patients.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
