Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Telemetry (Dept 6204)
Location: United States (Hospital-Based Unit – Dept 6204)
Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Shift: 3 x 12-Hour Night Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to Medical/Surgical Telemetry patients
Perform thorough initial and ongoing patient assessments, including full review of systems
Complete admission assessments within established policy timeframes
Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
