**Job Summary and Qualifications**

The RN Program Coord provides leadership and direction to the Oncology Support Team and Multidisciplinary Team. They monitor, provide and teach advanced psychosocial; spiritual; pain management; grief and distress management; discharge planning; and case management assessments, planning and care. The RN Program Coord is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Oncology Resource Room, Library, and Gift Closet and oversees the development and implementation of therapeutic and support programs and interventions.
