***PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE, THE DYS EXAM (BASIC) THROUGH UNA IS REQUIRED ALONG WITH ACCEPTANCE. MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24-48 HRS. IT S PASS OR FAIL AND THEY GET 2 ATTEMPTS (TEST A SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FIRST, TEST B SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FOR THE RETAKE). A SCREENSHOT SHOWING THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS IS REQUIRED. **We can accept the Relias basic Dys exam within the last 12mo if the traveler has previously taken**
If your traveler fails the 2nd attempt, they will be made DNU for CommonSpirit AZ and Sac

- Unit: 2A and 3A MedSurg Tele
- # beds: 30 (2A) and 14 (3A)
- Certs: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Ratios: 1:4-5. 1:4 if all tele patients.
- EMR: Cerner
- Charge Nurse: Yes, generally does not take patients, but will do break relief.
- Nurse Aides: Yes as census and staffing dictates
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
